Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping and delivery is the charge for online order processing, item selection, packaging, transportation and handling. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. If it were up to us you would have it within minutes of making the purchase.

Deliveries occur only on business days. The estimated delivery time assumes that orders are placed before 12:00 noon, all subsequent orders must be counted 1 more day late.

 

Orders placed at the last minute (after Friday, Saturday or Sunday) will not be processed until Monday.

 
The shipping price is standard €6* and a delivery time of 3 to 4 business days**, assuming the order was placed before 12:00 noon. 
 
*Orders over €50 will benefit from free shipping

Returns and replacements

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fayno order. If for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to make a return, we will gladly accept it. You have 14 calendar days after receiving the package to process it.

 

The merchandise to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received.

 

The buyer will have to pay the return shipping costs, if there is an error on our part, the costs will be exempt.
