General
Our returns and refunds policy stipulates that the item can be returned within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the product. After this period, we will not be able to offer you a return or refund.
The return rules are strict and clear, the product must be unused and in exactly the same condition in which it was sent. If you do not have the original packaging you can't return the product.
Custom-made products cannot be returned.
More products exempt from returns:
- Gift cards of any type.
- Downloadable products.
- Other products (It will be specified in the product description if it cannot be returned)
Request return
To complete the return you must follow a series of steps, starting with contacting us by one of the means we offer, whether through email, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. You have all these links at the bottom of the page.
Our team will carry out the relevant checks and explain how to proceed in each case. You may need to print a return label.
Once your package has arrived back at our facilities, it will be inspected and everything will be documented so a decision can be made. You will receive an email notifying you that we have received the package and another when the return is processed. If the product suffers any damage at the time of return, it could be rejected.

IMPORTANT
In the event that the product is received in defective, damaged conditions, or does not correspond to the request made by the customer, we will assume the costs associated with return shipping.
In case the size of the clothing you selected is not the one indicated, our team will propose the solution that is most convenient in each case. Do not hesitate to ask for any of our social media .
Partial returns
In the event that your product did arrive in good condition, but after a short time of use there was some damage, either; becomes unstitched, discolored or otherwise inconvenient, we will be able to offer you a partial refund of your money. You will be able to keep the product and will receive a partial refund of the cost of the product (shipping costs will NOT be counted)
Changes
If you wish to make a size change (in the case of clothing) you must contact us through the following email: info@fayno.es.
In the event that the customer has made a mistake when placing the order, they are allowed to return it, with the condition that they assume the costs associated with shipping. On the contrary, if the mistake comes from our part and the product received differs from what was requested in the order, in such case, the responsibility to cover the shipping costs will fall on us.
Gifts
If you received a gift from our page and want to return it, you can do so without problems. Once we have received the return package, we will send you a gift card with the same value as the product you returned to us, and you can spend it in our store in a maximum period of 30 days.
Shipping costs for returns
The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs except in some cases. However, shipping costs WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE IN ANY CASE.
Remember that if you are shipping any high-value products, you should consider using a company that offers shipment tracking. Since if we do not receive the return or the product is damaged, we will not be able to refund the money.
